This policy is in place to protect both your time and the time and livelihood of our stylists. Our cancellation policy at Color Studio (A salon of independent artists) requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. This sets our stylists up for success and enables them to fill the appointment slot with another guest inquiring. If you are unable to give 48 hours notice, there will be a 50% service fee collected by invoice from your specialist. Furthermore, if you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be forfeited due to tardiness and the same fee will be collected. Please note that by booking any appointments at our salon, you are agreeing to be fully compliant and reliable to this policy. Thank you so much for choosing us, we look forward to serving you!
